Refund Policy

By accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to the following refund policy. All rentals are considered final and non-cancelable for the complete rental term upon delivery of the unit to the student’s dorm. If, for any reason, you move out of your dorm room or decide to leave the school  prior to the end of your contracted rental term, there is no partial refund to be returned. The student must notify Door To Dorm in advance of their intent to vacate the room and the unit will be picked up by Door To Dorm as soon as reasonably possible. The student will be responsible for the condition of the unit until it has been picked up by Door To Dorm.
